Cash Flow Network, LLC has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy of visitors to our website and those we do business with. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for Cash Flow Network, Cash Flow Master, Digital Marketing Center and Robinson Consulting Group.

Data Collection/Use

We do not collect your personal information using stealth technology when you visit any of the sites in our network. In some cases, your IP address is used to help identify you and your use of our shopping cart features or contribution-type forms while at our site. It also helps us to prevent fraud, thwart impersonators and minimize abuse of the internet.

We do not spam nor do we support spammers. Where is known, we do report spammers to the respective ISPs and other controlling organizations.

Registration forms on our internet properties may require you to provide us contact information (eg., name, telephone number and email address). Your information is used to contact you as necessary. You can easily remove yourself per instructions sent with each email from our marketing systems.

Our sites use order/contact forms for customers to request information, products, and services. We also collect your contact information (eg., name, email address, etc.) for ezine subscriptions. Your contact information is only use to send info on order status, introduce new products to you or comply with your request to be a part of our membership site or newsletter list. 

At any time during our communications, you may opt-out of receiving future mailings by using our automated data base removal system. Details are provided with each e-mail we send you. We do not sell, barter, share, or give away any information collected at this web site or any web sites we own.

In some cases, this site makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

We link our products and services to other web sites in our network -- Cash Flow Network, Cash Flow Master, Digital Marketing Center and Robinson Consulting Group.

We may also link to sites with a similar marketing interests to ours. We are responsible for the privacy practices or the content of our web sites, but are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of web sites which we may link to but do not control the content.

However, we do not knowingly link to other sites which spam or use technology to harm visitors outright or indirectly. Please advise us if such occurs during one of your visits to sites in our direct or indirect network.

Security

This site uses security measures (password protection, user name validations, directory lock-outs, etc.) or other tools that our hosting provider offers to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Opt-Out Choices

Our email marketing systems use a double-opt-in process.  This means after you request information from us, you must also click on a link in the email our system sends you to "opt-in" to receive the requested information from us.

We also provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point of "opting in" by not clicking the email link we send you.  Throughout our communications with you, we provide self-removal links.

We provide you two options for removing your information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service:

Automatic Removal -  We will always provide you the easiest manner to unsubscribe our mailing lists or remove yourself from our data bases. Our main web-based Marketing System and others we use provide directions on how to opt-out on each and every e-mail we send out. You can usually click on the link and unsubscribe yourself in less than two mouse clicks.

Manual Removal Request - In rare cases when you cannot delete yourself from a list, you can visit our contact us page and complete the form with your pertinent information. Send it to us and we will manually delete you.  In this instance, we will remove you from our mailing list(s) within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your removal request. Longer delays will occur if you don't provide the same email address you used when subscribing to the data base or don't tell us which database you are in (orders, newsletters, etc.).

How to Correct or Update Your Information

To change or update previously provided information, follow the directions our marketing system provides in each email from us. 

To minimize spam complaints, we'd prefer you use our automated tools to correct or update your contact information. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Use of Credit Cards and E-Checks

We only use approved merchant processors who provide a secure environment, as evidenced by the "https:// ..." you will see in your browser just before you insert your credit card number.

DO NOT be alarmed if you don't see the https:// in your browser while you are entering information about your card, address, or the order. This is normal and used to speed up your order entry time.

If you are asked for your credit card number and do not see the https:// -- stop the transaction, print the page and notify us immediately so we can investigate.

If we use java or other scripts, we will also tell you how to ensure you are processing in a securely, encrypted environment.

We will not be liable for any fraudulent activity which results from your carelessness.

Even though we have an approved merchant account, in most cases we will use Paypal or other 3rd party providers as our online payment processors. 

Such action ensures we never see your financial data nor have to worry about protecting it.  If you want us to process your payment without using Paypal, tell us; however, doing so will remove some of the risk from us.

We have been victims of credit card and debit card thefts so don't like to give out or access financial information that is not our own.

Customer Satisfaction and Guarantee Policy

Most of our products and services involve use of intellectual capital -- eg., our software, products in our membership sites, or an "approve before proceed" work agreement.

Where applicable guarantees or returns with penalties will be addressed. If you have a concern about our guarantees, please email us with the specifics before you order.
