AutoResponder

definition
follows:
It
is
an
email
utility
that
automatically
sends
a
reply
to
an
e-mail
message.
Autoresponders
are
used
to
send
back
boilerplate
information
on a
topic
without
having
the
requester
do
anything
more
than
e-mail
an
email
address
you
provide
to
them.
To
comply
with
Spam
laws,
etc.
they
are
also
used
to
send
a
confirmation
that
the
message
request
has
been
received.
Superb
systems
also
request
an
"opt-in"
approval
from
the
requester
before
sending
any
information.
Autoresponders
are
much
more
powerful
than
the
above
definition
implies.
One

the

use

to
follow-up
with
your

those

or
